Return & Cancellation Policy

We hope you enjoy your Articious products! However, if there is an issue, we are here to help. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns & Replacements

We offer returns/replacements only if the product delivered is damaged or defective.

Because our products are printed stationery items, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of design or color

  • Incorrect item ordered by the customer

  • Products that have been used

 

To Request a Replacement:

You must provide a full parcel opening video, recorded from the moment you open the sealed package.
The video must clearly show:

  1. The unopened parcel

  2. Opening process

  3. The damage/defect clearly visible

This is required to verify and process your claim.
Without a valid package opening video, we cannot offer replacement.

If approved:

  • A replacement of the same product will be arranged.

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

 

Time Limit:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

To cancel your order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

3. Address or Order Changes

If you need to change your delivery address or modify your order, please contact us before the order is shipped.

If the updated address/changes are provided in time, we will make the corrections without any extra charge.

Once the order has shipped:

  • Address changes are not possible

  • Re-shipping due to incorrect address will require additional shipping charges

4. Undeliverable Packages

If a package returns due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Invalid phone number

  • Customer not available to receive the package

Re-delivery will be done at an additional shipping fee.
