This website is operated by Articious. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Articious.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update or change these Terms at any time

  • Modify product pricing or discontinue products without prior notice

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and specifications as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

  • All products are handmade / printed items — minor variations are normal.

If you have questions about a product, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our Site are in Indian Rupees (INR).

We currently accept prepaid payments only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available at this time.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways.
We do not store your card or banking details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location (typically 3–8 business days).

  • You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Delays caused by courier companies, weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Replacements

We offer returns/replacements only in case of damaged or defective products.

To qualify for a replacement:

  1. Send us a package opening video clearly showing the issue.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Our team will review and, if approved, arrange a replacement.

We do not offer returns or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product ordered

  • Used products

6. Cancelations

You may request to cancel your order before it has shipped.

To cancel:

  • Contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID via email or WhatsApp.

  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, artworks, illustrations, logos, text, and content on this Site are the property of Articious and are protected by copyright laws.
Reproduction or use of our content without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Articious is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse of products

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
